🚴 Schwere Beine, darum wollte ich Stella (🚲) nur den "Lonauer Wasserfall" zeigen, den ich selbst noch nicht gesehen hatte. War aber für Stella nicht zugänglich, da wollte sie wenigstens kurz nach oben, den "Harzer Schotter" kennenlernen. Konnte ich ihr nicht abschlagen, weil ich ihr vorher schon einen Knoten in die Kette gemacht habe 😅

*So ist das mit der Schaltautomatik und 2 Kettenblätter vorne. Hatte es zum Testen so eingestellt, dass beim Umschalten hinten auf dem Ritzel sofort mitgeschaltet wird, um die kleinste Abstufung zu erreichen. Beim Anfahren im Schritttempo keine so gute Idee, wie ich jetzt weiß

Fahrradtour von Burgbernheim (Bf Wildbad, das ist die Ansbach-Würzburger Strecke) nach Hause über das Zenntal

Heute ging es irgendwie zäh. Wetter drückender als gestern und der Hintern tat auch noch weh was zu einer verkrampften Sitzhaltung geführt hat.

Strecke war aber ganz nett. Wenig los.

One of my huge reasons for cycling is homemade flapjacks. I love the boring oats/sugar/butter variety but I also make hoopy variations.

Christmas Cake - with mixed dried fruit, citrus peel, and spices - amazing

Tahini and Balsamic Vinegar - good but sticky

Olive and Sun-dried tomato - great

Anchovy and Garlic - this was horrible

Dark Chocolate, agave, coconut and chilli - very good but doesn't hold together very well

On a field of short grass sits a purple tent that reads BikeKitchener.Ca on its edge. There are three people under it at a table. Behind the tent there are parked bikes visible.

I can scratch #OrganicMaps off the list for #cycling navigation. I like the ability to set waypoints ahead of time so you follow the right path, but it continuously tells me to turn left then right or vice versa to stay on the same road and is constantly recalculating the route. I ended up just looking at the map, closing the app, and navigating by memory like a caveman.
